Being one of the largest Generac dealers in the nation means we sell a lot of generators. The reason we sell a lot of generators is because people trust us. People trust us because we do what we say we are going to do. We do it better, faster, with more experience, more expertise and with greater joy than any other generator company in the world.

Do you know how we know when we’ve done the best job possible? It’s when our customer refers us to someone they care about. That’s the best feeling in the world. When you become our client, we’ll give you the same excellent service we give all our clients and, when your new generator is installed and you are 100% satisfied with the work we’ve done, we’re going to send you a survey. There are only 10 questions on the survey but the most important question of all is: “Would you ever recommend Generator Supercenter to any of your friends, family or co-workers?” If you say “yes,” we know we’ve done our job. If you say “no,” we’ll be right over and stay there until we’ve resolved any issue.

We employ more customer service and maintenance staff than any other generator company in the Gulf Coast. We do this because we are seriously committed to service and we want to make sure that if you call, your call is answered and your need is met.

Maintenance

Along with sales and installation, Generator Supercenter also specializes in generator repair and maintenance. We also offer 24-hour emergence service. This means we stock all parts and are ready when you need us. We service natural gas generators, Generac generators, portable gas generators, Kohler generators, diesel back up generators, Generac home generator systems, portable propane generators, residential standby generators, commercial and industrial standby generators of all types.

Generator Supercenter maintenance services are available to all customers. Even if you purchased your generator from another dealer, we can be your full service center.

Tour Our Headquarters

We’d love to have you stop by our headquarters in Houston or Baton Rouge and visit the operation. In fact, when you do stop by, we’ll give you a $10 fuel card. We’ll show you many models and introduce you to our staff. We can walk you through how the best portable generators and residential standby generators work and what maintenance is involved.
